  • All student-contributed funds are redirected directly to the respective school’s account, which will manage and distribute the funds back to students after the academic year ends or as per school policy.
2. No Ownership or Revenue by Platform Administrators
  • We do not receive, store, or benefit financially from any funds transferred through the Platform.
  • Our role is limited to providing the technical framework for schools to facilitate saving programs.
  • The responsibility for managing, holding, and returning funds lies solely with the school or its authorized representatives.
3. Role of Schools
  • Schools are solely responsible for:
    • Collecting funds from students.
    • Maintaining proper records of each student’s contribution.
    • Returning saved amounts as per the agreed schedule.
  • Any disputes regarding collection, withdrawal, or refund of funds must be resolved directly with the school. The Platform shall not be held liable.
4. User Eligibility
  • The Platform is intended for students, parents/guardians, and school staff authorized by participating schools.
  • Users under 18 must access the Platform with parental or guardian consent.
5. Account Registration and Security
  • Users may need to create an account using valid information provided by their school.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, notify your school immediately.
6. Platform Usage Guidelines
  • Use the Platform only for educational and saving-related purposes.
  • Do not misuse the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, or any action that harms other users, schools, or the Platform.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or policy violations.
7. Data Privacy
  • The Platform may collect basic information (name, class, roll number, contribution amount) as provided by the school to maintain accurate saving records.
  • We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

8. No Financial Advice
  • The Platform does not provide investment or financial advice.
  • Any financial decisions or saving programs are administered by the school, not by us.
9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any losses, delays, or disputes relating to student contributions or refunds.
10. Service Availability
  • We aim to keep the Platform accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control.

  • We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations, law, or security.
  • Schools and users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
